Exchange Policy

We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

All the SALES are NON Returnable, NON Refundable & NON Exchangeable.

As a company policy, we do not provide refund/return/cancellation/Exchange on any product once sold.  Exchange is only available in the case of Damaged Delivery:

When a product is shipped from our end it goes under 3 layers of quality check. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you. You may write to us at support@chhayagemsandjewellery.com strictly within 24 hours of delivery with the unedited product opening video so we can question our quality check team. 

Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility once we receive product back from your end unused, unworn, unwashed – You will need to ship the product back to us as we don’t have a reverse pickup facility. 

If the same product is not available, we will offer you Voucher for the same.  Exchange not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.  Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.

There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.   10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. 

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns. 

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Video must be recorded while opening the delivered package in case of damage replacements.

Exchanges

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match with the ordered size 
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Any accessories like Jewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our carteam within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: –
    Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
